How it works
Six steps to start
Sign In or Create an Account
To get started, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Own a bicycle or motorbike
- Have a smartphone
Make sure to enter your full legal name exactly as shown on your official documents.
Select how you'll deliver
- Motorbike — if you use a motorbike
- Bicycle — if you use a bicycle
Upload Your Documents
Check the requirements below before uploading.
Make sure:
- The photo is clear
- All details are readable
- The full document appears in the image
Document Review
After you upload your documents, they will be reviewed and approved.
Keep an eye on the app to see the status and re-upload any documents that are rejected.
You may also be asked to upload your identification through Ubble — just follow the instructions in the app.
Once all documents are approved, your registration will be complete and your account fully set up.
Delivery Bag
You'll need an insulated bag for Trust Foods deliveries.
We'll send you a link to get your bag once your account is ready.
Remember: only purchase the bag after you receive our instructions.
Activate Your Account
After your bag arrives, we'll activate your account within 1–2 days.
Then you'll be all set to start accepting orders and earning!

Motorbike Delivery Requirements
To deliver using a motorbike, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Use any make or model of motorbike
- Hold a valid driver's license
- Have a valid national ID
- Have valid third-party or comprehensive insurance
Bicycle Delivery Requirements
To deliver using a bicycle, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Use any make or model of bicycle
- Have a valid national ID
